Compare scope before price
A price alone does not tell you what you are getting. Ask for page counts, languages, features, and who prepares copy and imagery. A written scope lets you compare similar proposals.
Features change the workload
A business website differs from a store with products, variants, payments, and delivery. Even two stores may need different data and integrations. Define your actual requirements before requesting a quote.
Ask about recurring costs
Domains, hosting, platforms, add-ons, and support may carry separate fees. Ask about amounts, billing frequency, and who owns and manages the accounts.
Agree on the handover
Define review stages, revision scope, and what you receive at launch. Clarify content updates and support after handover. A useful proposal explains responsibilities before work begins.
